Public Libraries

Public libraries are supported by local or state taxes and are free for residents. They offer a lot of free educational services. These might include ESL or citizenship classes or a subscription service for online ESL such Mango, which has English courses for 20 different native languages.. Public Libraries may also include Audio / Visual resources for ESL. Examples:
